If you have consumed less than 10% of your API usage quota, You are eligible for a complete refund excluding payment gateway charges of 3%. Kindly reach out to us within 14 days. If you exceed 14 days then we won't be able to proceed with refund.
You do not need to provide any clarification why refund is needed. Refunds can sometimes take atmost 2 weeks. Please be patient during this period. You may mail us at team@despam.io to know the status of your refund.
